Your support makes a tremendous difference to the children that we work with. You have enabled Kidz Klub Coventry to:
- Plant three satellite klubs since November 2012, impacting some of Coventry’s most deprived areas.
- Run klubs in four locations across Coventry each week in school term time – complete with backdrops, props, prizes, and bus transport to our Stoke Aldermoor klub.
- Offer trips, fun days and community events to the families that we work with.
And overall, to impact over 170 children and their families, whom we home visit every week in term time.
As we aim to reach another 220 children and their families in the next 4 years, your support is more important than ever.

What will my giving pay for?
We are committed to being there for the children – and by regular giving, you can show your commitment too.
Just £4 covers the cost of one child attending a Kidz Klub session.
£25 pays for a trip for some Kidz Klub children to give them new opportunities and to build relationships.
£50 would cover the cost of prizes, equipment, transport and venue hire for one Kidz Klub session.

Leave a Legacy
A Legacy Gift for the Next Generation
Leaving a legacy gift is an incredible opportunity to help others with the resources God has blessed us with. During our lifetimes, much of our wealth is locked up in assets like housing; a charitable gift in your will can unlock that value for a good cause.
If you choose to add Kidz Klub Coventry to your will, then you can know that as you come to the end of this life, your resources can help a new generation at the start of theirs. As Christians, we have a hope in a future resurrection – because of Jesus’ own resurrection at Easter – when God’s Kingdom will come in full. With a legacy gift, you can share that lifechanging hope with the future children of Coventry.
There is more than one way to include Kidz Klub in your will – as a percentage (a ‘residuary gift’) or as a fixed amount (a ‘pecuniary gift’). You can also ask for donations ‘in memoriam’ from your friends and family (commonly chosen as an alternative to flowers). Here is some suggested text you can consider with your solicitor:
Residuary Gift: “I give XX% of my estate to Kidz Klub Coventry of 45 Westwood Heath Road (c/o Westwood Church), Coventry, CV4 8GN, registered charity number 1103573, for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer of Kidz Klub Coventry for the time being shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy.”
Pecuniary Gift: “I give £XX.XX to Kidz Klub Coventry of 45 Westwood Heath Road (c/o Westwood Church), Coventry, CV4 8GN, registered charity number 1103573, for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer of Kidz Klub Coventry for the time being shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy.”
Of course, there is also a tax benefit from leaving a legacy to charity, as charitable donations are taken off before inheritance tax is calculated. In some cases, this can mean you leave more to your other beneficiaries.
